Dining in?

We serve a sumptuous range of Austrian-inspired meals and drinks from Thursday to Monday from 11 am – 4 pm. We are open from 10 am – 5 pm for Drinks and Cakes.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the bottleshop is open from 10 am – 5 pm for tastings and sales only.

On Anzac Day we are open from 12 PM (Noon)

We are closed on Christmas Day.

Bookings are recommended. To reserve a table at the stillhouse cafe, please contact the distillery by phone between 10am and 11am, or 3pm and 5pm on (02) 6457 1447.
