Our full range of snowy mountains spirits is available from the distillery door (open daily) where bottles can be purchased on their own or in luxe gift packs. You can also enjoy a sumptuous meal at the wildbrumby stillhouse cafe, open from Thursday to Monday, where fresh local produce complements the cafe menu along with an extensive range of authentic schnapps and gin, all distilled onsite. We also serve a tasty range of imported beers and cocktails in our stillhouse cafe to help you unwind after a long day on the mountain, or after riding the local trails. Visitors are welcome to stay for a drink or a meal and stroll through the extensive sculpture garden and grounds. Click here for current opening hours and booking details.
