At 40% alc/vol, this pure mountain spirit is a traditional style of schnapps favoured by those with a taste for strong spirits that can be felt going down from your head to your toes!

Distilled from a home-grown harvest of flowers picked from our very own Elder trees dotted around the mountains, this schnapps is blended to perfection with pristine alpine spring water and then distilled in ‘Florence’ our small batch pot still.
