This seasonal Apricot schnapps is distilled in our small batch column still from a harvest of rosy, rival apricots picked fresh from the orchard.

With origins as an ingredient in Austria’s famous ‘sachertorte’, hints of almond and marzipan drift through its smooth, fragrant nose. Enjoy it neat, poured over ice, or paired with champagne as a blissful twist on the classic ‘bellini’ cocktail.
