On Saturday Brad will be hosting a Masterclass on Schnapps and mountain culture to celebrate 21 years of schnapps fermentation and distillation in Crackenback.
You’ll learn about the history of schnapps and how it became an integral part of the mountain experience.

We’ll be officially saying farewell to dust and potholes this coming Sunday (June 2) when we open our new road in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Sealing the section of Wollondibby Road between the EcoCrackenback turnoff and the distillery has been a massive project, and was entirely managed and funded by the distillery!

It has been many years in the planning, and we’re really happy with the result, so please come and join us at 4pm on Sunday, June 2 at our End-of-Pothole Party!

We are delighted to present an exclusive Cocktail Masterclass hosted by Phillip Jones, Australia’s own Martini Whisperer.

Phillip will make a special appearance at the distillery on Saturday, May 4th to share his secrets on the art of mixology.

You will be greeted with drinks and nibbles on arrival, and under Phillip’s expert guidance, can choose from a range of Wildbrumby’s craft schnapps, gin and vodka, to make your own luscious creation. A tasty selection of finger food from the Wildbrumby distillery cafe will also be served during the event.

The Wildbrumby Beanie Festival has begun!

Thank you to all our knitters for the stunning bunch of beanies now on sale at the distillery to help raise funds for charity.

The Beanie Festival runs until July 22, with 20% of proceeds for the Leukaemia Foundation, and the rest for the beanie’s creator.

We’re also dishing out daily prizes for visitors sporting their own amazing beanies, so grab your best woollen headgear and come join in the fun.
