For the very first time, we’ve bottled the delicate floral flavours of spring in the Snowy Mountains in a beautifully fragrant Elderflower Liqueur Schnapps. Crafted from elderflowers foraged around the Snowy Mountains and Lake Jindabyne, this magical seasonal release captures the soft floral notes and gentle sweetness of these fleeting spring blossoms. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a refreshing Hugo Spritz with wildbrumby Brut, soda, fresh mint and lime. For a simple spring indulgence, drizzle a little over strawberries and cream.
