For the very first time, wildbrumby has released a magical, limited-edition Elderflower Liqueur Schnapps, capturing the delicate floral flavours of spring in the Snowy Mountains.

Every October, elderflowers burst into bloom across the mountains, but their season is fleeting. Lovingly foraged and crafted into a beautifully balanced liqueur schnapps, these delicate blossoms bring soft floral notes and a gentle sweetness to every sip.

Inspired by rich European traditions, this schnapps is a nostalgic nod to our distiller’s Bavarian childhood, where spring meant homemade elderflower syrup and freshly fried elderflower fritters.

Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a refreshing Hugo Spritz with wildbrumby Brut and soda for a little Aussie alpine twist. For a simple spring indulgence, drizzle over strawberries and cream.
