At 40% ABV, our premium Elderflower is a traditional European-style schnapps crafted for those who appreciate a strong, dry spirit. Unlike our sweeter wildbrumby liqueur schnapps, this is the high-octane stuff! There’s no sugary sweetness here, just the distinctive floral character of elderflowers and a warming kick that can be felt from your head to your toes.

Crafted from a seasonal harvest of elderflowers hand-picked from our very own elder trees dotted around the mountains, this schnapps is lovingly distilled in ‘Florence’, our small-batch pot still, and blended with pristine alpine spring water.
